Sometimes friendship is simply sitting down with someone you love and having a coffee.
Here, a polar bear takes on a cosy lumberjack-inspired personality, rugged up in a chunky white sweater, denim and winter boots while sitting comfortably on the ice. Beside him stands his best mate, a king penguin, equally prepared for the cold.
There is no grand adventure happening here, and that is exactly the point. It is a quiet celebration of companionship, comfort and those ordinary moments that become meaningful because of who we share them with.
Coffee, cold weather and a good friend. What else do you need?
Dimensions: 30 × 30 cm
Medium: Textile Collage (Using repurposed materials)
Framing: Black shadow-box frame with glass
